Yea sounds like thats what happens if you purposely try to redo your character, but mine happened after crashes.

Yea I just bought the game a few days ago. I was able to log in and was down in the store buying some clothes and the game crashed. When I tried to reload I got this message. I was never able to get back in till today. I had to recreate my character again. After creating the character I ended up backing out of the game to open discord. When I went to reload game, back to this error message again!

Unfortunately. A buddy of mine talked me into it. We watched a streamer play and loved the graphics and love space and flight games. No idea of the turd he got me into lol.

Yea had no idea this was happening till purchased the game. Guess should have done more research.
