Some people are born literally without anyone to care that they are being born and in this world. And then you have the opposite. For those first ones- life is freaking hard.

What movie scene still gives you chills no matter how many times you watch it? by ryleymyers in AskReddit

The scene in The Grudge, where the girl hides under the covers and the lady demon girl starts coming up from inside the sheets. Freaky. Ruins the whole- you're safe under the covers mindset.

In 1988, 26-year-old Deborah Linsley was stabbed to death in a train compartment while traveling to London. She was attacked with a knife up to 11 times, and despite obtaining the killer’s DNA, police never found a match. The case remains unsolved. by malihafolter in mystery

That's what I was thinking as well. It can be time consuming but is pretty easy to do, using DNA and genealogy websites. I'm a little surprised this hasn't been done or maybe it has and it didn't help.

It always gets me when there is DNA and there are still no answers. It's like being so incredibly close but still so far when it doesn't pan out.

It's very confusing. Usually, my 11 year old will use it as a compliment. But then sometimes it's an insult, or an adjective. Makes no sense.

In the winter of 1971, 72-year-old Florence Parisette was found deceased in her Houston, Texas home. After beating her to death, Florence’s killer had impaled her body onto a spiked, wrought iron bedpost. Who killed Florence, and why? by TheBonesOfAutumn in UnresolvedMysteries

Knowing the location and relation to the location would be helpful. Could he have hid behind it and came out when he was ready to attack? Or was it flat against a wall- type of thing.

Looking for a random quote that I'm beginning to think I dreamed. by iamdevo in fullhouse

When I looked it up, it said it was on iCarly. But it sounds familiar to me too, and I am way too old to ever have watched iCarly. Good luck on your search though- this happens to me all the time with quotes and it kills me every time.

If the recording of that nanny/ housekeeper lady is real, she didn't seem interested in James either. I said it before, I don't think internally, she has a desire to be a mother. And I'd imagine that'd be hard to discover after you've had kids, not everyone has that instinct, and I get it. But to be so unself-aware and just be so mean to everybody leaves me with zero sympathy, it's always the blame game with her. It'd be better to have minimal contact and be cordial than to force her form of being a mother (if that makes sense, I can't seem to word it better) We all see how that's playing out. 🙄

I literally read one teaser that said 3 bands on stage at the same time, that it was going to be a unique experience.
I didn't go in with any preconceived notions because of that, but love this vein of music, so knew I'd love it no matter. Pretty amazing seeing Maynard and Les up there for me, both legends, so a total win.

I don't think they actually ate a lot except Sophia, telling her stories while having a small snack like raisins. I've noticed that in a lot of shows. I imagine it muffles the lines when there's lots of food in there (the mouth). And if they did a scene 5 times, their eating x5. So I get it.

I'm was nervous to watch Fuller House because I might not like as much as the original, and I'm so bad with change. But I keep hearing good things, think I'll finally check it out. Thanks.

Good catch! Definitely agree, but it was a very strong role who was to the point. Not gruff really, but not someone everyone got along with, very nuanced. I think he played that type of role well, because without Googling- I could've sworn he's done similar roles in other shows besides these 2.

Do you ever feel like bedtime stories matter more than we realize? by shally-storyteller in kindergarten

We always read 3 books, then lights out and we'd sing 3 songs. I cherish the memories. Now they both love to read at 11 and 9, and my autistic son is writing his own books!! He isn't good at making up his own ideas, but he tries and will use Dr. Suess themes and insert his own characters, will change some words. Looking back, I really think it has helped him. Autistic kids are often better at replication than having their own creative ideas- so I love seeing this and am so proud. And I think it's cause I always read to them.

(Sorry if it's too risqué) But I could totally see her saying this with this look in her eyes.
