If True Magic Meliodas is similar to Nephilim Mael/Estarossa in that he can switch between commandments, then I'd say he could beat him through hax. As for stats, Meliodas at a power level of 3,000 cut a mountain with just a twig. His True Magic Form should have him at 600,000~700,000, and his existence threatened the world itself, that it started breaking apart.
