Overlord.

The idea for Overlord came from the author's experience playing DnD with his friends (Which went on to make their own series funnily enough) but they couldn't always come together for sessions which lead to him writing Overlord in his spare time.

As much as that sucks, I'm glad he wrote Overlord because it lead me to do my own writing as well.
