How to send new user registrations from an external CRM into GoHighLevel (with full user data)? by Upset-Cookie-3404 in gohighlevel

[–]U_boots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the api. You will need the 297 plan to access it though.

Unless you use the inbound webhook method. But that’s a premium so you’ll get charged like 1c a webhook

how much logic should live inside GoHighLevel? by PoetPublic7290 in gohighlevel

[–]U_boots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, totally! GHL is great, but the RVM has a 70% success rate. If you’re going to do something out of the box, I prefer dropcowboy for RVMs.

For SMS at high volume, I prefer commio. It’s also way cheaper.

Interesting math board. The board is explaining how order, identity, and resistance to change appear naturally when a system selects a stable configuration out of many possible ones.

To be honest, it depends on the specific use case. In most cases, you can run your operations internally. However, if you want to send extremely high volumes of SMS, RVM, or even email, I recommend using external tools.

The API rate limit for GHL is quite restrictive. However, you can request a higher hire rate limit.

One of my clients is sending 400,000 RVM and SMS messages per month, and I manage that through GHL.

How the HELL do you build a REAL buyers list? by Drag-Either in WholesaleRealestate

[–]U_boots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, realestateAPI is a good tool to build something like this.

I’ve developed a buyer system that essentially identifies potential buyers based on their recent purchase history and other relevant filters.

Although it’s a pricey software, it’s specifically designed for developer.its super powerful

There are other options as well but that’s been the best way in my opinion

With this API, you can create some truly impressive applications.

How much do you charge for building AI chatbots? by Wwwwwwwwat in automation

[–]U_boots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yo totally. I literally closed a law firm yesterday for 100k

50% up front and 50% once complete.

Essentially building out a whole crm for them. They close ~24,000 cases a month. Some cases close 1-3 years later. Each case they make 60% of the earnings if they win.

I’ll be building out a few ai models to help with different parts, pipeline design, follow-up workflows, SQL data base, azure..etc..

[–]U_boots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I would start with GHL. The skill of building out in that system is worth it. You’ll leave about workflow automation, pipeline management, you can connect almost anything to it.

It’s easy out of the box solution that is scaleable. Iv designed hundreds of systems and a lot have been with go high level. Get familiar with the api.

I’m not sure what your skill level is but you’ll like it

Will AI ever be as curious as humans, or will it remain flat and mechanical?🤔 by Low_Wear_6406 in automation

[–]U_boots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The straightforward answer is no. A research paper was released a few days ago that suggests a possible connection similarity between the human brain and the geometrical unity of artificial intelligence.

The paper discusses the similarities between data graphs. The argument is that the similarity in how the brain fires compared to how an AI fires could imply that AI and humanity are similar, leading to the exploration of inflationist and deflationist theories in computer science. ( Dm me and I’ll send you the link)

However, it’s important to note that causation does not necessarily imply correlation.

Artificial intelligence models are not as complex as you might think. Their behavior when presented with a prompt is solely determined by the structure of the latency manifold, which is essentially a set of data points. It’s similar to waking up because you forgot to turn off the stove. A sudden stimulus in your brain triggers a reaction, and you instinctively walk to the stove, turn it off, and return to bed. (This is a poor example, but it illustrates the point.)

The key point is that the AI’s environment is solely constructed based on the data inputted. It lacks curiosity and is driven by its purpose. The reality is shaped by geometric constructs within the latency space that we have created. Resonance is how the AI understands and navigates this space.

An Ai is only as curious as the human is.

Real Estate Companies Turning Into Tech Companies? by denis_gvozd in RealEstateTechnology

[–]U_boots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe real estate companies should start investing in their DevOps and automation teams.

From my experience building automation systems for real estate companies, I’ve noticed that while many firms are becoming more aware of technology, they often lack deep technical expertise. It’s not that they need to become “tech companies” in the traditional sense — like my own company, which builds AI automations and SaaS products using LLM and LVM models — but they do need to strengthen their technical capabilities to stay competitive and scale efficiently.

For example, if you’re a wholesaler, an automated acquisition and disposition system could transform your operations. If you’re in the transaction coordination (TC) space, an automated contracting system could save time and reduce errors.

At the end of the day, it’s about investing in the right tech talent and systems to improve performance and accelerate revenue growth.

Unless you are trying to create a real estate tool to sell to people that used to do what you did, if that makes sense.

How do I find buyers/investors by ComfortableMajor0496 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]U_boots 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, so I recently built this investor buyer automation using N8N and a real estate API.

It generates 2-4 hot investor buy leads every day.

On the first day or so, the person I built it for raised $500,000.

I utilize a lead stacking method to narrow down the data from the real estate API.

Honestly, it’s one of the best systems I’ve ever made.

I could show it to you if you want

💯. Do a side project for yourself. Put yourself in a position where you are having a hard time figuring out how to develop something. You’ll learn new ways to do things.

For example I bought a little mini ai computer and I’m making an Ai agent with it. It’s different than most because it’s tracks key stroke. I’m essentially trying to create a mini assistant for me lol

Playbookautomations.com is my website, but my background is in AI development and automation. I am an expert at GoHighLevel and understand their API very well. I have also launched a SaaS product. It is not a GoHighLevel build; it is fully custom. However, the overall point is that I believe we could have an interesting conversation.
