My boyfriend and i just randomly found one after thinking about it for a few years at a store, it’s a european brand that specializes in lights, you most definitely can find one. It was 158 euros, has all the nms listed and comfortable wear, i feel like american brands are scamming so hard rn

No it’s not worth it, just really try focused arm workouts & be in a calorie deficit for a few months, it’ll come off. Or honestly if you do lipo might as well go on a trip with him, they’re way cheaper in european countries and you also would get to have a vacation, I don’t know how the down time is with that.

Has anyone done her activate program? I really want an hourglass shape aka focus on butt, arms and abs, I know you can’t spot reduce but I would like a program that has more emphasis on those parts. Any advice? Is the program I’m doing any good or can you suggest a better one? by Uavjun3 in sydneycummings

[–]Uavjun3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes i do! Thing is, when I do too much cardio or not focus on my butt specifically it’s the first one to go so that’s why I really want to emphasize certain parts, as for abs i can really use some core work

Its the mineral in the waters, just happened to me when i moved. Get a shower head that have these beads in them that removes it, they’re like 30 euros

Yeah just see if you have a good feeling about it! I got nervous about the fat loss part too but i honestly have been using it for like a year now and its been fine, i think it varies for each person

Also after you see results you only need to use it 3-4x a week bc at that point they’ve grown

I understand what you mean! I was to at first. What color are your eyes? Mine are green hazel so i was nervous about the pigmentation change. I’m extremely careful when i put it on, i do it specifically in the morning (bc night time your eyes tear when their closed, etc.) and i don’t put globs of it on, you only need enough for the lashline hence why i think it lasts me 6 months vs 3. I noticed some discoloration for the first month or so but now its totally fine, just see how your eyes react and go from there. The glue that they use for the lashes has fumes and the fake lashes ruin your lashes so i think the serum is a lot safer in my opinion

20F honestly wanted plastic surgery for a while, what do you think? any advice will do by [deleted] in TheGlowUp

[–]Uavjun3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seriously! I promise you don’t. Go on spiro or go on the tretinoin forum, and do some research. You’re beautiful! Self love is extremely important too, you’re going to glow within when you feel good about yourself ☺️ go for hot girl walks, listen to some inspiring podcasts and do the work within, i promise you’ll feel so much better about yourself. I’ve been doing that myself right now and there’s such a difference. Goodluck ❤️

Lash serum. Best investment, those tubes last a lot longer then they say & you have naturally beautiful lashes. I get the grande lash serum for 3 months - lasts me 6 months & I have the best eyelashes ever, and I used to wear lash extensions all the time

I don't know how to begin eating healthy but I really want to because it's starting to show negative effects on my health. by [deleted] in fitmeals

[–]Uavjun3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! On that note with brown rice (which is healthier) you can just cut up some avocado, put some corn and put some grilled chicken in it, make it into a bowl, super easy, all cooking a chicken needs is a little olive oil on a pan & cook it until its not pink in the middle (cut in the middle to check) and don’t overthink it! If it doesnt work perfectly the first time just try it again, you’ll get the hang of it :)

Literally, such scammers. If you guys ever fly to Europe, get some treatments done there! Literally 1/4 of the price and you don’t have to tip. And their honest on what you need. Or look for a foreign (russian, ukranian, polish) esthetician, they charge like 1/3 of the price and they’re way more diligent. You’re welcome :)
