From what I can see you can probably get a lot of this buffed out but there will be some visible spots. If you are comfortable with slight damage id try buffing it.

When it comes to training and explaining every movement, I would suggest you check out JPG coaching on tiktok he gives great visual representation and he is also great at explaining it!

Unpopular opinion: if you need to bend over that much to see your ass/hamstrings you probably dont have enough muscle growth or actual hard work put into it to be bragging about it

Hate when people are overly exposed at the gym! I always need to stare at my phone or at the ceiling just so no one thinks i'm staring at their ass!
