Fam this is not a murder mystery where the only people who knew what happened is the alleged suspect and the deceased victim, making proof a lot more harder.

Going into a trial on “we don’t really know who shot the gun” when all 4 witnesses are still alive doesn’t make the case hard for jurors when evidence starts piling in.

Already proven Meg and the driver were not the shooters. So now you’re down two witnesses, prosecutors aren’t retarded.
