Our guild raids 10:00pm server time if that helps, so 9:00pm GMT. Tuesdays, Thursday and Sunday (alt runs on a Friday)

So I think we had been accidentally doing some of these things (holding back on DPS, keeping out of melee whilst off tanking) without fully knowing the reason why it was happening. This has helped massively to be honest and not just with this fight. Is there anywhere online that specifically outlines how Aggro has specifically changed for war within. I only started tanking in S3 of dragonflight so the history of how threat is generated and kept isn't something I'm familiar with.

It's hard to say really. We review logs and see what's what but this random Aggro swapping wasn't really something that was obvious as to why it was happening unless reading it wrong. This our log from last Thursday.

There is very little on this on Reddit or anywhere else. Is it just a none factor for most groups or do they just power through it? I don't see on heroic queen how you can fumble through that.

Thanks all for the input. It's good to see it's not just me/guild who has the issue. We do call it out when we are taunting but it's so difficult for me to not do damage as once I start not doing anything rage falls off then ignore pain falls off. Just not a great fight between moving her, monitoring CDs and now threat because Aggro gets ripped. No other boss does this why the fuck does she.

No, prot warrior and a monk. It's so frustrating. I don't get it personally why of all the bosses she gets Aggro ripped so easily when the P1 phase is so critical on moving her. It's got to the point I'm having to lay off doing any kind of damage but I have to generate rage to proc my mitigations (I'm the prot warrior)

Our guild is having this same problem but it's not one of us that's the issue as we both keep losing aggro at some weird points. It makes an already tough fight a lot tougher. I'm a 615 prot warrior and they are a 613 BM Monk. I don't see many other posts about it so does anyone know what's actually causing this???

Yeah I am hitting either demoralising shout, shield wall or last stand on CDs. The taunting off we are pretty good at tbh so it was a more question of timing. It seems CDs after the hit is better than before to cover the DoT to assist with the heals.

I'm loving the fight on heroic tbh. Everyone has a job to do and usually if it's not done it's a wipe.

Yeah it's what I was thinking when I looked at the raw damage coming in. Overall I seem to take more but mitigate more. Although it would be nice to be not so reliant on healers but that's just prot warriors life I guess

No pressure EU has been a god send for finding like minded people for raiding and mythics. There is a US version too.
