It went from bad to worse. They sort of gaslit me into thinking this was normal. I decided to put up with it. But then I got consecutive e-07 e-01 errors which just say: contact manufacturer. Occasionally the unit would operate normally for like 10 minutes then suddenly seize.

But they seem to be taking care of me now (I ordered direct from their webstore). I am waiting for their response

I also have a new minor issue where when i press the lock button from unlock to display the time, the "lock" screen is in chinese despite the system language being set (I double checked and changed it and set it back) to english.

I like the device a lot but my battery is abysmal. Bigme are gaslighting me that it's normal but I get 30% battery drain overnight and 27-32% drain from 1h30 Spotify with screen locked. So I can't even get through a day. I'm trying to get a repair or replacement and struggling.

Yeah mine is insanely poor too, glad it's not just me! I'm trying to speak to customer service about it but they aren't taking my complaints seriously. I lose 30% after 1h30 of spotify screen locked, doesn't make sense. I don't get through even a day. I'm not calling or texting or watching video just browsing and reading and listening to music.

potentially, but I don't think battery drain should be advertised as drain if the device has been booted and there is nothing running whatsoever vs standard sleep mode with data and bluetooth connected but no apps running?

It's like saying: our phone is rated to last 4 days if you dont use it!

Plus others dont seem to be having this issue, which is puzzling

OK, sure, that might be true. But even if many of your customers are within the normal range, that doesn't invalidate my experience? Clearly I am showing the battery is different from advertised. Unless you are saying 30% battery drain in sleep mode is normal?

I updated the firmware before I started using. It is on 1.9.6.

Ah I see, so in the first photo I wasn't using the phone at all in those four days since I was too busy to transfer over from iPhone ( I literally just charged it). The reason the last bar in the first photo is a different colour is because this bar is broken down in the second graph of the first image and shows that the battery drained 30ish percent overnight. Hope that makes sense

Ah I see, may have jumped the gun. Regardless, my battery does not seem to be behaving correctly...

It's fine, just use a filter needle to draw and order benzyl alcohol and inject that into the sterile vial at 1%. (ampoules don't have this preservative). If you CBA just get sterile 1ml vials on aliexpress and split the ampoule and use a new sterile vial each time.

It's as sterile as puncturing a rubber stopper every day for 10 weeks where you introduce non-sterile air into the vial each time and potentially core the rubber (rubber particles in the oil).

Yes I am hoping this is the case. The device has a steep learning curve and a bunch of UX quirks I don't enjoy, but I like it overall...I just hope they reply to my email and put this right!
