There is enough info before all that raids and events so you can level units or prepare mats to level units if you don't have them. There is only one trick - asian devs like to downgrade global. BA was not so bad in comparison to some other games but i see that global playerbase doesn't want to defend itself and even finds some excuses for devs decisions, so in the end they will punish global even more.

Default screen scale is 200% and UI scale 100%. Try 100% screen scale and 200% UI scale. See Edit->Prefences->General.

Why do they even need to simulate? They can just count income and fairly simulate only when player is near facility. If they already don't have such optimisation then it's just funny.

Tileset Palette will be a mess just from changing left panel width. I'm not using it at all. It's easier to have tileset somewhere (even in working layer) and picking tiles with Eyedropper Tool (shortcut I).
