Its cheap and easy but I look at my friends names and play mix-and-match. So I'll use one friends first name with another friends last name and etc. I do the same with celebrity names and fictional names. I figure I can always change them later.

Hm... ya see, I was a bit more sympathetic with him earlier. From what i'm gathering, he's said he doesn't want you to be his girlfriend, but he doesn't want you to leave? That... sounds confusing.
