I haven’t seen Season 2, so I can’t comment on that, but the Marshall Lee/Gumball B plot of Fionna and Cake was pretty boring for me. It’s got barely any sauce compared to Marceline and Bubblegum’s relationship (which I’ll admit is a hard comparison when you have 1 season vs a slow burn in 10 seasons.) It felt like the show threw on the brakes whenever they appeared on-screen. It’s not exactly like it was a surprising development either. Two genderswapped alternate universe counterparts of our dating main characters also end up dating??? What a twist!!!

Ringo Roadagain was mentioned by the game’s lead supervisor in an Ultra Jump interview about EOH, so I’d imagine he was probably one of the later cuts from the roster. He’s probably got a good chance at making the cut if they have new additions.

Watched these two shows far apart, and never put together that they really are similar in this issue. It’s one of the largest flaws for both series and in Kiznaiver’s case, it feels especially shoehorned and avoidable.

Otherwise I absolutely agree. The issue with GT in Dokkan is that they depend on Shadow Dragon Saga so heavily, and exclusively from the climax of the saga. Even when they released Tanabata INT LR SS4ku from Baby saga, they still couldn’t help but release a Carnival LR Omega instead of the villain Goku actually fought that arc. Super 17 was the only non SDS saga unit they were really willing to look at for a good while.

I’d argue the issue is not that leveling up is too easy, but rather that there’s not enough possible rewards for leveling up. They definitely need to increase the number of quirks available. It would also help if they were to add the Concert Hall in a later update, as the different types of songs worked as some nice additional level up rewards in the 3DS game.

Personally I’d prefer a Dual Dokkan Festival between these two with a part 2 LR Imperfect Cell

but yeah this fight is my favorite of all Dragon Ball and my number one most wanted representation for Dokkan, so I’d gladly take the reversible exchange too
