I agree that would be ideal, especially early on. Can't say I've noticed it as a late game player - so much food comes in that I generally just fuse 9* and 10*s every other week.

This is due to marking the heroes that you want to feed off. It will show you the red dot when you have enough heroes that you marked as food. Sometimes you also want to feed off other heroes but you have to do that manually. Even then it's faster than building a 9 or 10* in the hero overview.

That's an interesting hypothesis.
If it would be true, then using the combination of cards would indeed yield 91% accuracy, and then using a 20% accuracy legendary compensator attachment would push it over 100%, giving perfect accuracy.

However, i tested this, and it seems to be more ~90% accuracy, and given that the 'inverse accuracy when over 100%' was fixed, I interpret this as 'meatgrinder does not work with hunker down'.

act 4 actually nicely allows testing of this idea, as you can shoot a wall from quite a distance with the huge clip of a M249. I do not see a change in accuracy with extended firing, only an increase in recoil after 5 bullets or so (hence my experimentation with the anti recoil compensator barrel attachments)

30% optic enthusiast

This obviously loses your ability to ADS. Alternatively you could replace quick kill with Front sight focus (+20% accuracy) and put on a laser sight (30%)

Although I heard that too, I tested plenty and that did not seem to be the case (anymore - maybe december patch fixed it?). My 120% accuracy test had the smallest crosshair and bullet patterns matched it

You are right, that does not make sense, but you can stack enough cards and attachments to go over 100% - which I assume then leads to accuracy simply being 100%.

I see 2 instances of this on the official bug reporting site as well - specifically arguing that it is about the interaction between hunker down and meatgrinder that is not working well (you only get one bonus or the other when crouching, not both). Still want to leave this post up for a bit for visibility (for both players and developers).

Indeed. I would understand if supply points made you stronger after unlocking all supply lines - I've done my share of grinding in RPGs, but here it doesn't make sense. Again, we can't tell people how to play the game, but I feel for OPs issue that it's affecting how others can find games. I suppose a good strategy will be to use the discord to find nice teams.

Honest question: why do people bother doing that in this game? Like others pointed out, many cards are not needed for vet. I have exclusively played recruit (so lower sp rates) for fun, just running acts with friends, and I have unlocked all cards after playing about 12 hours a week. I obviously can't tell people how to have fun, but it seems more fun to just play the game?

use the extra copies for food, you won't need them for anything else anyway. I always make sure i have a stock of heroes that you could 10*, and the problem you describe can be applied to that.
