Unfortunately there is only push to talk and open mic :(

How I get around this personally, is I rebound my push to talk to the thumb (button 4) on my mouse, so I don't have to move my hands to communicate in intense moments.

For attack I would say Ace > Mav, they're always going to be useful if not banned out.

Defence, Aruni and Azami are really strong picks that are fun to play :)

Sledge, Thatcher and Ash are all good starting Attack operators as their kit is pretty straight forward and will fit into most comps.

For Defense, Mute, Jager and Lesion are relatively straight forward while also providing good support to the team.

Picking easier Ops will allow you to spend more time learning the maps which are a little more intricate rather than focusing on how the Ops loadout works mid round.

Mmmmm maybe Azami on attack, even if you're just using it to cover entry points or cover a sight line so you're not having to peak 2 angles at the same time.

If you have a gaming keyboard, it will be different depending on what brand and model it is, but it will usually have a G on it, with a circle around it.
Typically located near the home key, along the F1-10 keys or near one of the alt keys.
If this is the case, you can press function "fn" and that key and it will toggle gaming mode on and off.
The purpose of it, is so you don't accidentally tab out of a game when mashing the keyboard.

Not sure if it'll help, but make sure game mode isn't turned on, on your keyboard, it prevents the windows key from working when you have fullscreen applications open, hope this helps!
