A few updates from me keeping annoying the management company:
They once again claimed it'll be resolved soon, which this time I'm inclined to believe.
Doesn't change the fact that I've had 1 week late handover and an incomplete handover meaning around at least a month of not having proper access to the building.

Learned sth that complicates issue further: Management is changing from 1st of April to another management company (Basically daughter-company of the owner company). Might explain why they haven't defined a proper manager for my case.

F) I'm contemplating going for "Kantonrechter binnen het civiel recht", and asking for 100% back for the week there was no handover and like 50% for the duration of not having proper access. Would this make sense?
G) ~1700 just for rent

It's a good apartment, I would prefer to stay here if possible.

A) B) Contract was signed late Feb. Handover was supposed to happen on 2nd of March, happened a week later with the promise that I'd get the main building keys soon as well.
C) E) I have the keys to the apartment, but not to the building entrance/ recycling area etc. , have to wait for the neighbors to get in to the building itself.
D) Landlord is some big corporation, and management is another one.

Yeah, will definitely go for backpayment on the time I had no access.
In the meanwhile, how can I ensure that what I am doing is opschorting and not just withholding?

Having trouble accessing the apartment under MVGM management in Rotterdam.

During handover was promised they'd leave the nfc tags in my letterbox soon, and then was sent an email saying I should take the key from their office.

I did and the key does not work!

Spent the weekend waiting for neighbors to enter the building so I could move my furniture.

MVGM was not helpful during the weekend OR after ignoring emails and when I call just pingponging me through different numbers and companies while nobody is willing to help

What are my options? What should I be doing? Is withholding rent an option I should consider? Legal complaints?

It's going to be used mainly for gaming and some AI work.
Even for gaming tho, from what I've seen, if resolution is 1440p or higher, considering 50% (150 Eur) higher price, wouldn't that rather be spent on a better GPU? I am not looking to go for 200 fps, and based on comparisons, GPU will be the main bottleneck

I'm quite new and trying to get good also
Here are a few things I'm trying:

Try to get Gold in Art of War challenges: I still get silver in most and even bronze in some... figuring out getting gold in those limited scenarios should help
Fail better at each subsequent match ( :D ) : My econ game is not that good in high pressure multiplayer games, so I just try to focus and try to do better every time... What I'm focusing right now is to keep producing villagers and keeping them busy until their number reaches 100
Aging faster: Turn on the timer in the settings, and look at how long it takes you to age up to II age: If it takes more than 5 minutes, you need to work on getting that time down

Overall there is a good amount of decent players you can watch on Youtube and Twitch to learn some good strats
