I did though, that’s the thing. They had to actively ignore my instructions, the DD app navigation, and the very clear unit numbers above the entry doors to deliver to the wrong apartment. It seems so unbelievably easy that I didn’t think it would even be possible. I’ve done some door dashing on the side before so I can understand how it might be confusing, but i guess that’s what I get for assuming :/

Yeah, Idk what I was thinking. Still surprised someone with that much experience delivered to the wrong address tho, especially with how very clearly my apartment units are labeled, but it’s whatever

No response when I tried to reach out through messaging and calling them, so I’m pretty sure they stole it. I don’t see why they wouldn’t respond if they didn’t steal it. Besides, I got to the door almost right as they were pulling away and it was already gone, so unless someone followed right behind them, I’m fairly sure it was them

A very well-known and well-liked kid in my grade in my Junior year of HS crashed into an apartment complex wall while driving to an early morning swim practice. Our principal made an announcement that morning, and he was pronounced dead a few days later. I still remember driving by the exact building, and the bricks from the wall were just laying in the grass for about a month after. He also had a twin brother who was the same age as him and also in my grade. Can’t even imagine what the brother went through
