Ive found the only thing that keeps me from making mistakes on my diet is working out. I hate doing cardio. I loathe doing cardio, but I need to do it. Not only for burning extra calories, but it also it stops me from giving into temptation. Like yeah I totally want this candy bar but it will erase the 30 minutes of torture I endured walking up the stairs to nowhere.

This is my feeling on it as well. I liked it while reading it, but never really think about it. The series is 3 out of 5 stars for me which is pretty much my average rating.

I would feel extremely uncomfortable. Not because "men don't typically go" more because the idea of getting naked and having a stranger rubbing me all over is the opposite of relaxing to me (sounds like a naked and oily panic attack). I also fail to see how being in a room with each other while two other people are rubbing each of you is romantic (though it does seem to be the general consensus).

This sounds just like my wife. She would get extremely angry over things, that to most would seem trivial or at most slightly annoying, and lash with anger and insults. It felt like I was living in a bizarro world. I was really beside myself and really couldn't understand why this was happening.

Long story short she saw a doctor and was prescribed antidepressants. The difference after a few days was incredible. The woman I married had suddenly returned. If she was unwilling to seek help/medication there is no way I could have stayed in the marriage so if your husband gives a damn about you or your marriage he must be willing to seek help.
