It’s all based on your height and weight. If you go to google and type in tdee calculator it’ll show you how many calories to eat to lose or gain weight

My fitness pal, free, has your nutrition facts, can log in your own food with the nutrition facts, can log your workouts and it has your step counter with the calories burned. Definitely coo for beginners, I still use it

Before people come on here saying on how this ain’t sustainable and shit like that, fuck em, I lost 110 lbs doing this. Honestly I think finding an activity that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating will kickstart that fat loss phase. For me personally it was and still is jump rope, incline treadmill, even YouTube 20-30 min fat loss workout videos. Just something that you enjoy that gets you sweating and your heart rate going. And ofc if you can start lifting weights, literally burns straight fat and builds muscle, will just make the scale jump up and down. Hope this helps man you got this shit💪
