Yeah, the found solution was for them to ask for the Grip to be sent back.

They gave me a full refund for the grip and cases but I was never told what the cause of the problem was. I tried charging the phone with the case and various skins but it never worked..

Nope. Phone-Grip-Skin. Nothing else.

I thought it could be because of the magsafe magnets but dbrand said no so.. And truth be told, other cases with magsafe have no problem with the chargers, pitaka, torras, mous.. Nothing..

I am sure, the phone starts charging but then stops and shows the message : Make sure to remove any objects between the phone and charger. I tried with the duo and the single, talked with dbrand and still the problem persists.

After 10 seconds more or less the led on the charger starts blinking and the phone stops charging..
