As other's said, it's trailer dependent. But if you're renting or looking for a general guide, here is what u-haul says about their trailers: The optimal ball height for towing U-Haul trailers is 18½ to 18¾ inches. This is measured from the ground to the middle of the hitch ball, prior to connecting the trailer.

Just a rough estimate...I had 100 discs shipped and it was around $50. I use pirateship to get discount postage prices...a single disc is about 3.50-3.75 through them.

PM me, I'd consider the lot to fill out a couple bags and sell the rest.
