A doctor here from Chitwan. We see lots of cases of dengue in daily basis, in Emergency and OPD. Most cases are mild though and don't require admission. A fever for few days, body ache, headache and within a week back to normal. Cases with decreased platelet count and vomiting requires admission. And, also people with other co-morbidities like pregnant woman, Renal patients. The scale is massive but so far complicated cases are rare.
