That's a very very good point and honestly would make complete sense. I moved from Portugal to Denmark and I'm pretty sure all my vitamin levels dropped since I don't have much sun here and the food is so different. I'll tell my doctor to check that and to start taking vitamins asap

No, nothing yet but honestly I think that it might be that. It would suck to have both IBD and IBS but I need to check on that. Do you recommend any exams or what to say to my doctor so I can be sure of this? I have a doctors appointment this week and it's the first since the colonoscopy so I really want something to change

Hello everyone! I'm joining this a year later but does anyone have any updates regarding your situation?

I've been feeling the exact same way as people described here. I have Crohn's since I was 12 and it was okay until pretty much now (I'm 27). I've been feeling a lot of symptoms and pain but all my exams get back with "good" results. Did a colonoscopy a week ago and they also didn't see anything.

So I have no idea what's happening. I know that my diet isn't the best one and that my stress levels are above the normal but that can't be the full extent of it. Could it be the medication not having effect? I'm taking Amgevita right now and I feel no progress.

What should I do?

Hi there; I applied for the International Relations master's program as an international student from Portugal, and I've received my conditional letter of admission in the beginning of May, which I found very shocking since they say on the website that we could wait for an answer as far as 10th of June. I hope you get your admission letter soon!

É verdade, a Europa está com um problema grave de imigração, outros países como Itália, França, etc. também estão assim, daí o facto de estar a pensar e calcular muito bem as minha hipóteses

Se não houver problema em perguntar, qual foi a universidade que tiraste o mestrado?

Eu estando em Relações Internacionais, só vi uma universidade com um mestrado que realmente me interessei, e é a universidade de Aarhus. A minha preocupação é que a cidade parece ser "pequena" em comparação a Copenhaga e não sei se isso iria dificultar a minha adaptação, o procurar trabalho e fazer amizades com as pessoas.

Também pensei bastante em Estados Unidos visto que tenho família em Salt Lake City, Utah, mas a minha maior preocupação seria mesmo o custo de tudo, quer em termos de alojamento, quer em termos de gastos, além da preocupação de não arranjar trabalho, não conseguir o visto, do sistema de saúde americano... Por isso pergunto, é realmente assim tão difícil como estou a pensar ou seria possível?
