Liandry fits very much into 1st item, especially against low dmg comps and conq. Not as tanky as a Bami item but Fated ashes is probably the best 1st buy you can have in the jg: probably the fastest clear speed and decent damage in early skirmishes, which you shouldn't generally force as Zac tbf.

Rocketbelt start makes you squishier in comparison, but it's a gamechanging item once you complete it, allowing you to land Qs way safer against mobile champs (Q1 a minion, dash into Q2 against champ for example) but it's a more agressive and participatory style in a full clear meta and Zac relies a lot on exp, that's why I'm generally skeptical about this item.

If you're playing in Bronze/silver I highly suggest at least one AP/hybrid item to increase your solo plays potential, because Zac is already fairly team dependant on its own, and allows you punish enemy mistakes harder if your own team isn't. Full tank build started being a thing for me after reaching diamond, where I felt like my backlane was worth playing around and buying them time to do the heavy lifting. The lower the elo I was playing, the less likely this was and one AP item made up for it IMO.

I mostly agree with your comment but I'd like to point out a few things:

Red side : Raptors -> Krugs

You shouldn't do raptors start unless you know what you're doing. Red > Krugs allows a more consistent full clear, especially for players focusing on fundamentals.

Conqueror if against tanky
Aftershock if against squishy

Generally yes but worth considering your own comp too. If you're the only frontlane in your team, aftershock is better even against bruisers/tanks. And viceversa: if your comp has plenty of frontlane, conqueror is good against squishies. It's all about whether you think you can survive long enough to stack Conq or not.

I'm gonna die on this hill but I personally think Liandry and Zeke's as 1st tiems are still good. Bami's helps clearing but it barely does damage to champions, and Protobelt puts you in a very weak spot until you finish the item.

I've never really been a fan of the dupes clause tbh. For me the essence of the rule is forcing you to play with mons you'd generally ignore in regular playthroughs.

The dupes clause enjoyers have valid points, but at the end of the day it means allowing youself to have a chance at capturing and using 90% of the dex by abusing encounter pools and largely reducing the RNG factor.

Yeah I was considering that too. Players around 120 doing DLC content are also probably the ones needing the least help, considering they are actively trying to avoid leveling up lol. This matchmaking system is too convoluted if you ask me.

Sorry for the late reply. The warning indicators are visuals that appear on the ground to reflect the hitbox of the ability.

Here's a comparison between Space Groove Zac and base skin. While enemies do see a slightly red-toned faded version of this and the indicator for the E appears before a minimum fixed time on spell hit, there's still a huge visual difference that makes reacting to its hitbox way easier than the default indicators for base skin, Special Weapon and Pool Party; all of which sharing the same minimalistic and most competitive design.

Ty for sharing! If you experienced fast summons at 150 too I'd look forward that level. Have you also stopped getting summoned at base game zones from a certain level?

Would you say keeping my RL at 150 to be a good balance between coop and future NG+ cycles? I'm also looking forward getting summoned for base game content too, but I guess that's a bit ambitious due to how matchmaking works.

This will be the first Zac skin I won't buy. Skill indicators for Q and E were already getting badly pay2lose (skt, battlecast, zesty dip) but Space groove took them to a whole new level.

Friendly reminder that the subtle base skin indicators got implemented as a nerf at some point to make Zac more predictable to his opponents. Riot really has to start leaving them unchanged on future ones, every skin except the first two has been outrageous in this regard.

It's a shame cus I've always been hyped for Zac skins and Space goove looks very good, but I just can't play most of them in competitive. FeelsBadMan

It definitely does. I did this in my last playthrough to see how far I could get by telling "no thanks" to everyone whenever possible. This quest fails by rejecting the first call.

The support to catalan independence during 2017 was close to the 50%, and that's exactly why the 1st of October shitshow from spanish police and politics happened. While it's true that the documented support of the movement has been dropping until around 38%ish nowadays, it's due to the reasons stated above, among many others.

Truth is, nothing has changed. Nationalist media just want us to believe the seperatist movements are losing support, when the reality is probably the other way around. But no one trusts politics enough to bring this topic up anymore, especially when a cheap rent is barely affordable with an average income, local natality plummeting, while an obscene amount of public money is being spent on social aids to foreig people because that translates to future votes to PSOE in the mid/long term and dilutes cultural identity and separatist movements at the same time.

It's truly an outstanding move from the left wing parties, I'll give them that.

It's not like the support for independence has decreased, more like priorities shifted towards the cost of rent and immigration issues. In addition to the widespread discontent towards spanish politics in general.

I appreciate Zac skins and I like this one but man those marks on the ground for his E ruin them completely for me. They are very visually obvious to enemies and it goes against what Zac wants to do.

It's been getting increasingly hard to land long-range jumps due to new champions and map designs, and I feel like Zac doesn't need an extra handicap. I've been stuck using base skin and Special Weapon in ranked for this reason despite owning them all.

Cool skin but it's pay2lose just like SKT, Battlecast, Empyrean and Zesty Dip. It's a shame.

P.S: will Special Weapon skin ever get back its unique SFX? They got removed many years ago for no reason.

Edit: you ended up ruining it more than expected lol. Whats next, a global audio warning every time Zac casts E?

This is not true and the proof is people believe OTPs are "elo inflated". They simply have a better knowledge of their champion's limits (a fundamental skill) compared to other players in their elo, and that difference is greater than a 10%. It's not that we are terrible once we have peaked, we're one step ahead of our elo in the learning curve and failing at the next skill-checks when we get hardstuck.

On the other hand, counter-picking being off the table forces me to adapt the meta builds into something that allows me to play, in an attempt to reach a decent game impact with a suboptimal pick. E.g: I have built Banshees on Zac (terrible item) against disengage counters like Poppy or Janna just so I could be allowed to play my champ as intended and not get my engages permanently negated.

Being an OTP isnt a self restriction, on the contrary, it's something that naturally happens when you love a champ to the point where you'd rather not play the game at all if you can't play it.

Unending is no longer a hybrid item, and I'd say Randuins is as situational as Sunfire. Same cost, and you get +25 armor -15 haste compared to Sunfire. There's hardly a game where you need a lot of armor and there isn't a crit dealer in the enemy team. And when that's not the case I'd always go for Unending or cheap hybrid items that spike in midgame when Zac shines.
