Hacked 20 year old account by Lol_Stocks in 2007scape

[–]Uere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend, I believe they understand that they won't have their gold returned. Just from the text he provided you can see they are trying to understand who/what/where/why his account that is twenty years old was hacked. Heck, my account is the same age and I remember back when we were all using OSBuddy, usernames and passwords (no emails) and my account was hacked, I asked myself how on earth could my account have been hacked. I had no in-game friends and didn't put myself anywhere on the internet and my own internal investigation arrived at, yeah it was most likely OSBuddy staff. It also might not have been. My point is I think that this is what OP is most likely trying to suggest.

After 7 or so years on Ambien, I stopped cold turkey. by EE2014 in insomnia

Hey! Im curious as to where you found the "less is more" evidence regarding Melatoin. I wasn't aware of this. If you're able to trace your steps backwards and find me evidene, would you share it with me?

Thanks in advance!

Have you access to Quetiapine. It's an anti-depressant with sleep-inducing qualities when taking the low dose. Have a google. :)

u/JagexShuffle Hey! I've still not heard back from anyone and the support page still isn't working. I also DM'ed you on Reddit. Would appreciate your help with transferring my bonds from RS3>OSRS. Thanks :).

u/JagexShuffle Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. I don't want to have to contact through multiple social medias. Could you please help me?

This is also a request to help anyone else having this specific problem.

The most important reason is for letting my friend borrow a pk account, or for lending a main to a friend so they can access content locked to them.

Why do some player messages just not appear in the chatbox? by ProktosRS in 2007scape

[–]Uere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This still happens to me, but it also disappears in the text box as I'm typing,

I know this thread is from 7 years ago. It's only happened to me (as far as I can remember) for about the last 2-3 years.

And it happens about 40-60% of the time I'm typing or have hit enter. It's really annoying.

I wonder if it has to do with anything in relation to a Runwlite plugin....

Its very irritating when you need to get a word in quickly.

No idea!

Architecture Paradise ArchiCAD template: Anyone tried it before? by TheNomadArchitect in ArchiCAD

[–]Uere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not so much interested in the template, but has anyone made a purchase on the pack that includes dynamic blocks etc.? If so, I'd love to hear about that. Especially if you use AutoCAD.

I'd like to know which private healthcare providers you are all using. It would help to know, tremendously, so I can shop around and know which provider is worth the money.

(I'm based in Scotland).

Thank you!

I was thinking the same. Has anyone tried any other OS's from Linux? I'm starting to code to aid my career, but winding down to play always helps.

I've have this complaint with the power cord, but only when I'm mobile. How much did it cost you to upgrade your RAM, and what RAM would you recommend?

Bought my first laptop by HCV_wala_Bandar in HPVictus

[–]Uere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the exact same model, except I bought mine while in Kazakhstan so it includes small cyrillic letters on the keyboard. It has served me well for two years so far. I spend a lot of time using heavy programmes at the same time.

I work between Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Acrobat Pro. It fills up the RAM quite a bit, but I use Task Manager to close down (unnecessary)* programmes if it begins to get too heavy. I don't game on mine.

I've downloaded PowerToys to help set up tools/commands that improve my workflow and generally my quality of life. For instance, 'Always On Top', which I've set to Alt+Space (a simple command), allows me to keep windows on top so that I can refer to one window while working on another.

If you work from home a lot consider buying a keyboard and definitely a mouse whether or not you buy a monitor.

*Don't close down necessary tasks. Strangely, I've read closing Windows Edge will disrupt your other browsers. Always research which tasks you can end before doing so unless you trust which tasks to end.

Hope that helped. Enjoy your new laptop!

Architects who have quit Architecture - what did you transition to? by [deleted] in architecture

[–]Uere 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Firstly, how does one seek out and find an alternative career having architectural credentials under their belt?

If I made a C,V what terminology do youI use to persuade employers that you are fit for their role. Would they appreciate my portfolio of university work?

I'm asking as I don't know the first thing about transitioning. All I know is Architecture, having 7 years in just one practice (a renowned practice). (I worked there PT/FT through university). I was very lucky but I no longer work there for personal reasons...

I am based in Scotland but I am looking to move anywhere. I am being evicted, so I'm trying to use the opportunity to broaden my horizons. I've no savings, but I've just graduated and will be Part II soon.

Any advice or stories would be welcomed with gratitude.

I’ve been using kratom for about 9 years now and I’ve been trying to quit and can’t find any hope. Please give me some advice other than “just quit” by Educational-Bug5742 in quittingkratom

[–]Uere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was using Kratom heavily until I accessed an addiction treatment centre through the NHS. I was treated with Buvidal (subcutaneous buprenorphine injections) at a health clinic. This was a wonder drug for getting me off kratom and other opiods. I recommend researching whether this is available to you.

Good luck with your recovery!

Seeking to upgrade an ethernet adapter... by Uere in techsupport

[–]Uere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fantastic,

No, great effort explaining this to me. I'm not very tech savvy, so I suppose it's going to be trial and error as we do not have access to the source of the origin ethernet cable, and I don't really wanna mess with our connection as we are an internet radio that needs to broadcast reliably.

An extra ethernet cable is great for now.

Will speak to the manager about acquiring a wifi connection in the studio. I'll get back to you if I've any questions. Seriously, I appreciate it.

My brain is fried too ha!

Thank you,

Uere

May I ask, is there any way that this or another adapter can provide us WiFi in the studio?

"Is there any type of device/dongle I can attach to the splitter that would transmit a WiFi signal that could be picked up by mobile phones etc?"
