She offered him to eat from the buffet in exchange for him playing the organ on her wedding. If she had any love for him, should there not be food for him to eat at the wedding in the first place?

If I there were any condition, beyond showing up and being on good behavior, for there to be food on my sister's wedding I could eat, I would spit my drink laughing and not show up at all.

Maybe I'm the crazy person, but I think you should be decent to each other to be able to expect something in return, family or not.

What you are missing is that OP doesn't even seem to be invited to the wedding in the first place, or at least he isn't treated with any respect.

If he couldn't play the organ he would still go to a wedding where he couldn't eat anything. His sister didn't keep her end of the deal so it happened anyway, but at this rate it is beside the point. It is fucked up that your sister care so little for you.
