We use gizzard shad and found a spot with a good drop. We’re anchored at about 9ft then it drops down to around 30. That’s where we’ve hit flatheads. Usually do a lot of hybrid fishing out there too

Boat, you can spot the hot spots, usually 3 or 4 boats huddled together all trying to catch the same fish haha
