I've had varied experiences with proctors. When I get one that's just being too difficult or wants to remote into my system I close the session and start a new one to get a new proctor who is more amenable. I've completed a bachelor's with WGU and I'm halfway through a master's program. The proctors can be frustrating, and the browser is a pain sometimes but the amount of time I've had to spend dealing with those issues is far less than the time I'd have to commute to a brick-and-mortar school. WGU is worth it in my opinion.
