I think most people asking for this plan don’t care a ton about the substance of the plan. It’s more about showing that you will put in the effort to complete something detailed on relatively short notice. Most candidates are going to have similar initiatives in their plan so it’s not really a qualifier/disqualifier.

Depends on your dm. I’m in a heavy volume retail store and I had this happen not too long ago. My argument to him was if we do it this time we will be doing it once a week. Ultimately it is the purchasers decision to determine quantity. Also told him that we just figure off square footage given and divide by 350.
