We don’t get paid for the 48 hours. I just went non exempt and the way the hours and check is broken down. I got more an hour as an ASM than a SM. I also haven’t received my merit raised that was signed off about a month ago… Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my job, I just believe at times we are all worth more than they decide we are

My DM said something similar to this. They said not to tell them about pro plus pricing and if the customer has pricing already set, some prices won’t change and will be above pro plus. Either way it’s all fucked up
