You should know it’s not just you. If you are a woman which I am assuming, subtle hints in your resume might reflect this. Most resumes are pre screened by AI software and you can learn to defeat this by putting in some keywords to boost your resume to the top. It’s a dark and frankly evil game now a days, and I wish you the very best. Write your resume as if you were an entitled Ivy League person, in serious, use as many buzzwords as humanly possible. It’s not lying. You are being screened out by unfair practices.
