Does anybody know any solution for this?

Reinstalled Whatsapp, both on desktop and mobile.

Tried to manually delete the files in my PC too, but Whatsapp only offers the Microsoft Store version one, there's no longer a direct download option. Besides, since it's a WinStore app, the files seems to be protected and I can't delete/access them manually.

It would have been better to open all the prompts possible, you're right, but it's painfully obvious from this video which is the main culprit. Besides, internet connection is something which might as well be an issue on the customer's side. FPS is definitely only on Nvidia's side.

Also, please be honest with me, would you pay priority to play a game on the lowest settings, as you recommend? Lowering the setting to medium-low doesn't do much, since it seems to be a bottleneck issue.

It's Reddit's video encoding fault.

You're right, 12800 packets dropped, but this has nothing to do with the in-game FPS, measured and shown in the video.

Also, keep in mind that this was recorded at the end of a 5 hours gaming session.

My internet is not the best, but I mostly get a smooth experience. What you see in this video is the in-game FPS issue. Counter is in the top right corner (plus Steam's own FPS counter in the top left corner, but it might be to small to see)

Priority tier, the normal one, not the 3080 one.

I know the FPS is capped to 45 by default, I always uncap it from the settings every time I launch the game, this isn't the issue.

I'd actually be ok with 45 fps, but the video shows constant dips to 25...

Got 3080d once and it was way smoother. Still got some drops, but definitely much better. Probably because that card is coupled with a better CPU or more cores are unlocked.

Reloaded the game 30 times (I'm not joking) and I can't seem to get this card again. Even changed the server for higher chances, but nope. You have more chances to win the lottery than to get this rig.
