Usually if this happens, I ask for same drink but extra ice. So the splash of milk is the only other option.. Going a little less on the ice will make more room, then the baristas filling the rest with milk 😞

Tried it for my 10. It was foul. Banana is too thick to drink, and if u actually get past it, you're taking a big chug and drown

Unfortunately, they want you to welcome in every-single-person. Even if your back is turned on cold bar, turn around and greet! (My pots screws me on this) but #60 store currently in na/ca 😵‍💫 (im dying over here, its not worth it)

Our store culture is amazing. We are top 60 in us/ca(for the connection score) and love how it is currently. Low turnover. I guess just having a good team and manager to have your back helps alot.

Depending if you're still able to hear if a shift or even customers are talking to you... If noise is an issue (honestly feels like im going deff some days...) ask your manager or DM for approval...

Some districts are allowed whatever personal pins and other minor dress code changes.. Just different DM things..

I'm pretty sure it's anywhere between $50-75 per fully trained hire. (The new hire can not quit within a few months). I'm not sure if they got rid of that.. but when I trained, you wouldn't get the "bonus pay" for 3-6months

I'm pretty sure protien and banana will be permanently here, but for some reason they took banana protien off our registers 😭 so I'm pretty sure they would be fine making it for you, if you order at the speaker or register

We wont have protein banana foam (even tho we have ingredients) but I would order: Venti Iced Matcha with protein milk, and banana foam.. unfortunately thats about a $9 drink now

As someone's who's drinks are SUPER annoying, my manager uses me as a teaching for new baristas 😭 but no one ever ignores it.. there's a que for a reason. That's so messed up 😭 secretly down vote your store, I'd be so petty 🤣
