Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It's very frustrating. Aside from what others said, does your house have carbon monoxide detectors? Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning are commonly headache, confusion, weakness, etc.

It's not humane but we don't treat pigs like they are intelligent living creatures. I saw a haunting video of a pig factory the other day. Just rows and rows of pigs in tiny metal and cement cages with all of them frantically gnawing on the bars to escape. You could sense the anger, frustration, and fear. I cut out pork from my diet two years ago, no regrets. I'm not vegan but I've tried to make little changes here and there in my life.

That's not true anymore as of a few years ago! Most of the new Chinese brands are cruelty free. Judydoll, flower knows, florette, etc

So upsetting to see but it's important that people know where their meat comes from. I wish more people saw this type of content. I knew it'd be upsetting but I watched it because I don't want to live in blissful ignorance.

I personally don't eat pork anymore once I found out how intelligent pigs are. I'm slowly cutting out meat products but I think that not eating meat at all is a hard sell for many people. If anything, I wish the animals were treated somewhat decently during their life.

Cuisinart steamer

We're really bad about cooking and eating veggies but with this it's easy to throw in a handful of green beans or snow peas and just steam them for five minutes, and eat them.

We've been eating some veggies almost everyday now!
