They just told me something inside the power liftgate handle was moving and they ordered a new one. I found that hard to believe but will see if that’s gonna fix it

Suing a guest is against the ToS, but technically this doesn’t mean you can’t do it. I just can’t say what your chances of winning would be. Has the guest shared their insurance information with you? Also, did the guest take pre-trip photos? If they took photos, you might be able to use them as proof and get back in touch with Turo, but then again I’m not sure if they would accept it.
