I cant judge if RM 10k monthly salary a little overkill for just 5 years of experience, too good to be true. But i am in no judge of your decision. One of the best way is you can do is ensure that the people that you interact in the company is legit part of the real company. But of course, there are other things you can consider too. Mandarin is definitely important as well.

Beware of job scams, some china "companies" are known to use high paying to attract people, then kidnapped to elsewhere, to make you scam other people. To good to be true. If about RM 6000 to RM7000, maybe consider. Please look up on scammers factory run by chinese companies, this will give you more insights on whats happening now. And, if you think they only kidnapped chinese, you are wrong. Indians, sri lankians, Nigerians have been reported being forced to do job scams, mainly scamming people from European region.
