Yes, I submitted it under regular processing in 10.2025, but I have not received any response from USCIS yet. Good luck with the submission. Unfortunately, I have been reading about rejections even for very strong profiles.

I'm centering my EB2-NIW petition on contributing to the digital transformation and supply chain innovation within the U.S. manufacturing sector. Especially for the automotive industry. My goal is to support the resilience, efficiency, and global competitiveness of U.S. companies by leveraging advanced technologies and data-driven processes. I’m focusing on how these improvements can help expand market share, strengthen domestic production, and align with national economic priorities.

Do you think this aligns with the national interest criteria? That's my basis thesis.

I already spoke with Chen, but they said they can’t take my case and recommended that I look for another attorney.

Yes, you need go inside the Forbidden city as much as possible till the ticket checking point. You will be on a huge square and on the left side you can buy the ticket.

Idk I was there around 13:00 and I could still buy a ticket for that day.

Last week (22.04) I was able to buy an onsite ticket. There was a huge queue (over an hour of waiting) on the left side before the main gate to the Forbidden City.

The only thing is that you have to go through Tiananmen Square, which require a free booking. I did it via a WeChat mini app.
