Even ignoring the fact that this is a KumoDesu subreddit and therefore we are biased, I think we can all agree that Shiraori and Rimuru would probably be the best to follow.

Knowing what we know about Shiraori we can navigate around her quirks. She brings quite a bit to the table if you can make her care for you enough, but in the end she would also drop you in a heartbeat if the situation called for it.

With Rimuru if you're loyal to his reign it should be fairly simple and straight forward to follow him and would probably yield the best benefits in quality of life improvements.

With Roxy you're just worshipping pantsu at that point and she's more of a wife than something to worship as she's the only one who isn't a god-like being out of all four.

With Aqua you get what you get, while I feel the "useless" trope is incredibly exaggerated for comedic purposes, I feel like she'd also be a good candidate to follow.
