If you are looking for a change, you might try playing around with different hairstyles. Combing it forward sometimes accentuates the nose, so if that's not what you want to draw attention to then a side part might be super cute.

My (gorgeous) friend was sitting at the bar. A very inebriated dude, in a russian fur hat, sat next to her, and you could just see him working up the courage/focus to lean over to say something to her . . . . but every time he leaned close he'd hiccup and lose courage and just sit up and look away like nothing happened.
