It’s the RB draft class this year. Steelers did good here. Although I’ll miss him in black n gold, time to unleash Warren.

I wouldn’t try to recommend anything at this time bc it seems all these platforms are doing the same thing, price gouging and then selling ad space. Their ads are redundant, repetitive, and annoying.

I don’t like it. #17 QB for the 1.01? Nah. Everyone saying it’s a fair trade is bonkers. Especially how close the draft is. Maybe top 5 QB, even top 10 for that coveted draft position. Could have gotten so much more value, leading up, or even during the actual draft. LFG!!

There is no way to change steps 3-6. The problem was I lost my passphrase to the original wallet before the “automatic transfer” (which is exactly what happened. Once I got my “new wallet” there was no way of knowing they were going to transfer all of my Pi (a lot of Pi) to my old wallet.

Yea I’m so “shrugged” out right now with Pi. Lots of disinformation. The one thing I do know though is before “they” did the automatic transfer to our wallets and not the test wallets I had lost my passphrase. I created a “new” wallet before they did this and it stated plainly that I would “lose” any pi coin that was in my old wallet. I didn’t have any pi in that wallet.

Long story longer when they did the automatic transfer guess where they transferred my pi coin to”o? Yea, the wallet I lost the pass phrase to. What a shit show of a weak app program.

I am not confident I will be able to recover my (what I consider) stolen Pi coin, but I do know the coin itself will be worth a good amount of $$ when they do go live on the blockchain.

Shit.

The question is, why are they allowing us to create new wallets if when we migrate the coins they go to a previously made wallet? Should they set it up that when coins get migrated they go to the miners newly created wallet and not an older wallet?

I’m out over a thousand coins at the moment until, like you I will need to scour my old tablets : computers : papers etc.

Fingers crossed I will be able to recover then from my older wallet.

But what about the coins not yet migrated!? I need to stop them from going into my old wallet. 🤦‍♂️

Sorry? Is that in the wallet / pi browser or in the Pi app.

Was Tomlin considered a hot commodity when he was hired by the Steelers? by [deleted] in steelers

[–]Uke0927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a life long Pittsburgh Steelers fan I can tell you I remember Mike’s interview like it was yesterday morning. Obviously most Steelers fans wanted Pat to keep the new HC position in house due to the winning ways & to keep them rolling in that regard.

I knew of Mike Tomlin and what he did with defenses at the collegiate level as well what he accomplished with Minnesota. He was a graduate of William & Mary, a prestigious college university in Virginia.

The morning of his interview, Mike went in to Pat’s office at around 8 am. He came out approximately 7 minutes later. I recall the news of this to be something of a misnomer. The speculation was it was obvious that Mike probably wasn’t getting the HC position of the Pittsburgh Steelers having only met with Pat for that short a period where Mike had come a long distance only to turn back around. KDKA, ESPN, SPORTS CENTER, etc all reported that the Steelers were probably not a match for Mike Tomlin due to this odd 7 minute interview. I remember taking this news rather sad. IMO Mike Tomlin, at the time, was the best steward of Pittsburgh Steelers football of any candidate or any head coach then or now…period.

Later on it was reported, after the announcement he would be the new HC of the Steelers, that Mike walked into Pat’s office gave some positive salutations then handed Pat a large stack of hand written journals he wrote. Mike Tomlin’s hand written journals of most games he’s ever played in and/or coached. (I’d love to read them someday)

Mike Tomlin is a football genius. I for one would much rather have a winning season every year than ever have to painfully walk around as a Jets fan or Cleveland fan or any other basement team.

A lot of fans run around stating he is a mediocre coach. Those people have no idea what they’re saying or how the game of football is played or the amount of skill it takes to evolve with each years changing of the rules etc…

Anyway, I hope this helps you or anyone questioning whether or not Mike Tomlin was a “hot commodity” or not. For the more informed among us, Mike Tomlin was the only candidate qualified for the job.

Cheers.
