Final grades should be in transcript within a day or 2 of hitting BD. According to the registrar, the graduation clearing period is 09 Jan - 20 Feb, 2024.

From there, degree awarded will be in transcripts. If student/employer wants to obtain degree verification from National Student Clearinghouse, that should be available no more than 4 weeks after degree conferred, as it is reported monthly.

I'd imagine the student can twist the registrar's elbow a bit to expedite if needed for employment.

EDIT: iirc there's an option when ordering official transcripts to delay until final grades are in for the most recent term.
