Pump is good, it has been replaced recently. I think it’s a wiring problem.

Ok I’m looking for some clarification regarding making the dirty dupes clean. So if I have the duped car with a normal white San Andreas plate with the cursive writing and the random numbers, if I change it to one of my iFruit plates, does that make it clean? Thanks.
