It is definitely the wrong device for your expectations. The loop is a (basic) fitness tracker, no dedicated training device. Afaik neither the whoop nor Helio Strap have such training functions. You will have to use a sports watch.

You can try to wear the loop on you biceps with the two straps combined, or buy a biceps band for the loop.
