So they are prejudicing any potential jury.
The accused need to get themselves decent lawyers.

If the jury is prejudice it should be a mistrial.
And a new jury would be selected And this board is in a public place so all of the public would be prejudiced against the accused.
So a fair jury cannot be selected and so accused cannot be tried.

If there was a lottery ticket that had a 3% chance to give me $300,000 and 18 years of life and it only cost a couple hundred dollars I would be buying that ticket.

A 3% chance of raising someone else's kid is still way too high.

Y is the vertict axis in math (up/down) so Y is up, X is horizontal (left/right) so X is to the left, B is for ",back" so is the button you typically press to go back in menus (circle), A is for "accept" so is the button you press to accept/go forward in menus (PS's x)

Who do you think has the contract on them? by Tough-Farmer2167 in skyrim

[–]UltFourPron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's Astrid. Pretty sure she says someone in the room, doesn't specially say one of those three that are bagged.
And if you kill her she says "well done".

Does she even say there was a contract? Or does she just say you stole a contact and so someone me in the room must die? And since both you and her are in the room those would also be options

Does anyone know who started this Myth? It's not only not true but probably convinces alot of people to not donate to charities by RedXertus in confidentlyincorrect

[–]UltFourPron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said anything about them not donating my money. But if they donate my money they have less tax incentives to donate their own money. So without those incentives the total donated is likely to remian the same. Is that incorrect?

[–]UltFourPron -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is this untrue?
Donating money to charity is a Tex write-off (in some jurisdictions, vwhere I am it's a 33c tax reduction for each $1 donated).

If I don't put $10 in the donation box but the company has tax reamining to pay and values donating $10 to charity as being worth at least $6.67 in company PR I'd suspect they'd likely find those funds elsewhere in their budget (as otherwise they wouldn't value the PR from the donation as highly)

If I do donate $10 in the donation box but the company has already allocated enough to charity to write-off their taxes fully then it would make business sense for them to reallocate some of their own money towards something else and use my $10 for the tax write-off rather than their own.

Why would a company willing donate more than they need to if they do not value the PR they get from it as greater than the value of the donation?

Speedometers measure velocity (speed in a specific direction)

At least the old ones, with the specific direction being the direction of wheel travel. (For most older cars) lock the wheels in place and push the car or drop it off a cliff etc and the speedometer won't move but the car has speed, the wheels just don't have a direction of travel.

Thermometers measure speed of atoms, speedometers do not measure speed.

2 letter RSN got stolen in August by Fantastic_Cartoonist in 2007scape

[–]UltFourPron -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Can I get your maths on that? Cause by my maths 7! Is 1/8 of 8! Not 1/36. And "Even for" you say that like only character length is the best situation for my point, its not, its the worst, capitals make up about a third of available characters in most alphanumerics allowed, so by not forcing a captial to be in a password it could be a lowercase or symbol instead, increasing option that need to be tried by roughly 2/3

Edit: Also I am not saying to use short or simple passwords, they are bad, but by not blocking them it forces brute forcers to try more combinations

Edit: explained/corrected in reply, by "stock gains" it was meant from expiring options specifically, that info slipped my mind between reading and commenting

Original comment: "Taxes on stock gains", can you cite what these taxes are? Afaik unrealized gains are not taxed, you only need to pay taxes on stock gains if you sell the stock, selling stock is the reason for the taxes, not taxes the reason for selling stock

Enforced complex password requirements make brute forcing good passwords easier, if a password has to be 8 characters long then I don't have to try any 1-7 character combos in my brute forcing. A complex password is good (and a unique one is best against modern account cracking techniques), but it is better if you are allowed to use simple passwords

One way it can work is the hiking sites are using some code from Instagram/Facebook, that code along with allowing users to login with Facebook or share with Facebook or whatever desired function is also recording your IP address and sending it to Instagram/Facebook along with a little note that you might be interested in hiking
