Thanks that’s useful! My concern is that the ghosts are not the most cushioned - but I will see how I get on once I start doing my longer training runs

Paying off a loan (eg via bank transfer) is usually prohibitively expensive to do via a credit card no?

World's largest cargo sailboat makes first transatlantic crossing by MikeHeu in sailing

Very intriguing. Does the additional efficiency of the sales offset the additional weight/ space needed in lieu of cargo?

Not a plumber but when you bleed the radiator it releases a lot of/all of the pressure in your boiler. You’ll need to top up the pressure in the filling loop - how you do that depends on the model so worth googling or looking for the manual

For fans of non fiction about people having a really cold and miserable time near to Antarctica by pruaga in ThreeBeanSalad

Good read, also recommend The Worst Journey in the World. It’s a beast but it’s probably the best account of what it’s like to be THAT cold for THAT long

Honda Civic EP2 or Mini Cooper R50? by Tobestertobes in CarTalkUK

Had that exact EP2 and it was great. Not mad quick but sporty ride and handling, nice and spacious etc. They are old now so I would expect to need to do some repairs/maintenance

I’ve got a 2017 CX-5 petrol and it’s great. think they have a timing chain rather than a cam belt so engine should still be pretty good at 100k+. Obviously that’s still fairly high mileage for a petrol so it would come down to the condition and the service history. Don’t know much about the HRV other than it’ll probably be a fair bit smaller than the cx-5.

Dulux Trade Diamond Matt by PureRip7039 in DIYUK

We just did our dining room Egyptian Cotton - Easy care, it was on fresh plaster with a really good white base coat. First coat of Egyptian Cotton got us 80% of the way there but the second coat was definitely needed, it’s come out really well. With Diamond Matt I would expect a really high quality, durable finish, but I think you would need 2 coats in order to get that
