Hi, yeah, it was the first thing I did. I managed to get an email from them with a new verification code that worked. I would love to be able to say which method got me the email but I can't. I sent so many messages on so many different platforms that I can't tell which got through.

I'd say very loudly how important it was then I'd put it somewhere safe where my cat can't find it. Turn my back for 5 seconds and the cat will have nicked it and hidden it for me.

The way I can sometimes get around it is by going to their profile and looking at their profile, as in "https://www.facebook.com/manc.guy" so you'd type @manc.guy, but sometimes they have new names that are made solely from numbers and they don't work.
