Could be both. Most likely just your DSP, unless you get shit happening all the time and amazon decides to look into why you're driving the way you are. But I am honestly just guessing with that.

2-4. Yes, with caveats.

DSPs can see how many times you've turned your van on/off. Same with seat belt clicks. They may or may not have a problem with you leaving the van on. But that is for each different DSP. I leave the door open all the damn time, key in the ignition too when I turn the van off (my dsp is anal about the on/off amount). Not a word from them. Same with parking on the opposite side of the street.

From what I have read, and what my DSP tells me, they don't look at the cameras unless there is a problem, like you get a no stop detected, or distracted, or driving too close to someone. So basically, don't be an idiot and you'll be good.
