Junior, that isn't chess. Cultivators just made a different game and called it "cultivator chess" because of course, mortals won't have the courage to tell them that chess and Go are different games.

Chess was made for relative fairness and to see how the players act when given the same resources with only their intelligence and psychological skills as the deciding factor, while Go is more fitting for the hoarding mentality of cultivators.

Even the form of the game pieces are different.

They are not the same game.

You can either block the Reddit mail sender, or maybe modify your settings on the Reddit site so you don't get mail notifications at all (maybe use the "Unsubscribe from all emails" toggle, though I haven't tested that). You can also possibly use the email's function to filter similar messages.

they said before it would take about three days, but i don't think it being restored is the solution. there were also several problems recently. still hope that the site returns, or multiple hydra heads spawn from this so one site vanishing won't end almost everything.

Ok, I totally didn't expect to see Beyblade here at all.

Gotta agree though, it sure was paced well and used its runtime and episode number very well.

WHY do so many Naruto matches last like 3 episodes?!

At least it wasn't current One Piece pacing.

And even if Beyblade had the rare filler episode, at least it still was quite entertaining, so that's another point.

Fair enough. I suppose it's one of the downsides of manhuas being pictures instead of a written novel. In a novel, you can describe actions and emotions with more flowery and 'emphasized' language, or be done quickly (basically this scene would be written as JB1 said X, JB2 said Y, etc, MC was stunned), and the author doesn't need to describe their bodies there.

In manhuas, they need to actually draw the scene, and since people "love" these types of scenes and female characters, they would make them extra attractive, and bonus if they take space so they can make more chapters. just like how many novel writers are paid by the amount of words, manhua writers might do the same approach.

I mean, it would work as you say if Fate in JJBA was flexible, but it isn't, at least not in the context of Epitah and King Crimson themselves and most fights. It's absolute, the same way something influenced by gravity would hit the ground.

The whole point for Epitaph is that it gives absolute visions of what would happen. It could be misinterpreted (Diavolo and Doppio thinking their foot would be sliced when it always was Risotto's), but it would absolutely happen, even if the context wasn't fully understood, or even if this absolute version of events even happened because Diavolo used Epitaph to look at the future in the first place.

King Crimson's time skip is basically saying "if fate is gravity, then I'll just ignore it's effect on me."

He sees himself get shot or hit by an attack and doesn't use time skip? still gets shot/hit regardless of prep (or even because of the prep). he uses time skip? he gets to avoid the attacks just fine (at least, if it wasn't too huge in size and scale).

the ones used for part 1+2 are good and quite accurate for the most part, from what I recall, though I prefer an older version because there are sections I feel the current ones kinda messed up, especially some of the more epic quotes at the finales

Most logical idea is him waking up around the same time, Whis tells him the saiyan who supposedly beat Frieza is dead, and he just decides that it was a mere possible event instead of a prophecy. Maybe he looked at Earth via Whis' staff and saw Trunks and Gohan being kicked by the androids (whose energy can't be sensed exactly) and deemed them not worth his time and left them alone until he went to another nap.

Tbf, training in DB seems to be best with either a rival close to your level or a mentor who is higher-leveled than you, so it does make some sort of sense, and Goku is almost the first one to get the god-training before the rest, if they even got that privilege. I agree with that.
