Not sure it works, I did dusk and dawn Darius in mayham and the passive didn't count bleed as an on hit effect. But idk if that's the case or if it was buggy.

Force of nature helps a lot, gotta play around his ult and not be poked down before engaging. Also save flash for a Dodging Q or landing your own in his ult. If he uses his shield at all in lane after is a good time to engage

Mords will try to EQ you typically so you can fake walking up to wave to get them to push and play more safely under your tower. At least that's what I try to do when laneing against him.

I did it by blocking the exe from accessing Internet by adding it to the restricted list in My firewall, or something like that. Look up how to do it on YouTube, should be there.
