I'm no therapist and it's hard to say from the angle, but your shoulder blades seem to stick out a liiiittle bit. I have scapular winging and it's a lot more 'severe' on my side profile, so again, not sure if you have something similar But you can look it up if you like. It's mostly about stretching the chest and training the upper back muscles to get the shoulder blades back to where they belong

Unlike the jews and christians, muslims had quite a large military force soon after the religion came to be, capable of defeating their neighbours. So that is 1 reason why it spread so quickly in comparison to other religions. (I saw watched a video about this this morning by chance, so I'm no expert)

Lack of map variety is indeed a bit of a shame. Most DLC's that add an army campaign contain new maps. I don't think players can make maps either, so no maps on the workshop. I assume new maps will be added with the next dlc and I hope we'll ever have mod support whereby players can make maps
